Pankow renovated an existing high-end restaurant within the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills. Modern, earthy and refined, the unexpected blend mirrors the fresh and inspired approach that acclaimed Chef Scott Conant brings to Scarpetta Beverly Hills.
Scope of work included new electrical, flooring, millwork, custom wine racks, furniture, carpet, wall paneling, paint and modification of existing walls to provide a new layout and look.
