Metlox Town Square

Overview

Three two-story commercial and retail buildings for a private developer on top of a Pankow-constructed underground parking structure built for the City of Manhattan Beach. The project also includes paving, landscaping, three fountains and a fire feature to decorate the “Town Square,” a public plaza created by the placement of the buildings.
