Overview
Pankow served as core and shell builder of the new eight-story state-of-the-art space for NFL Media at Hollywood Park. The high-rise tower (including rooftop mechanical penthouse and enclosure) includes a partial basement, connected to a two-story studio support facility, and an adjacent studio structure. Site development included landscaping, drop off and loading zones, as well as access drives to a seven-story parking structure; LEED Gold Certified.
