Caltech AIM Offices and Conference Center

Pasadena, CA

Caltech enlisted the expertise of Pankow to deliver a transformative tenant improvement project for the Hall Building, encompassing 4,500 SF on the 8th floor. The Caltech AIM Offices and Conference Ceter project aims to elevate the existing facilities to comply with ADA standards, particularly focusing on upgrading the restrooms. Additionally, this project encompasses the creation of an array of innovative spaces within the 8th floor. These spaces include a welcoming pre-function area, a versatile multipurpose conference area equipped with movable partitions for optimal flexibility, a modern kitchenette, five breakout rooms with adaptable dividers and two private offices. The Conference Center is designed and constructed in collaboration with the esteemed American Institute of Mathematics (AIM) under the Library Division, further underscoring our commitment to delivering excellence in every facet of the project.
