Overview
Pankow was retained to construct this custom-built four-story building for Exelixis, an oncology focused biotechnology company. Extensive site work included deep soil mitigation techniques to support the steel structure. The transit-friendly campus consists of a commercial kitchen, fitness center, multiple conference rooms and breakout areas, exterior patios, and offices. This building is LEED and WELL Building anticipated.
