Major upgrade to a historical building in downtown San Francisco included ADA compliance and code upgrades at restrooms, lobbies and corridors; exterior lighting and lobby lighting upgrades; 300toncooling tower and 8” condenser water riser; new outside air duct risers; new 4,000 amp 120V/208 electrical service and 3,000 amp buss duct riser; new domestic cold water riser and hot water heating system; new fire sprinkler drain riser, valve assemblies and horizontal main pipe per floor; ACM abatement at steam and HW pipe; seismic upgrade consisting of adding two 42-foot long and two 26foot long shear walls shotcrete in place from sub-basement to seventh floor.
