Pankow constructed an 82,756 SF medical office building on a 13-acre site, featuring more than 100 exam rooms and procedure rooms across multiple specialties, including urgent care, OB/GYN, surgery, imaging, ophthalmology, and pharmacy. The facility also includes approximately 70 provider offices, a blood draw and laboratory, building services, and a conference center.

The building’s exterior courtyard is shaded by a large solar canopy, while site development introduced 434 parking spaces, extensive landscaping, a community garden, labyrinth maze, thrive path, and off-site improvements. Structural efficiency was achieved through tilt-up concrete panels and ConXtech steel framing.

Beyond its clinical spaces, the project enriches the member experience through thoughtfully designed outdoor amenities, including a community garden, a labyrinth maze, and a pedestrian-friendly thrive path. Tilt-up construction combined with ConXtech steel framing allowed efficient assembly, while sustainable design strategies contributed to LEED® Gold certification.
