Designed by Koning Eizenberg Architecture, this LEED™ Platinum building features studio to three-bedroom apartments. They include floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak flooring, Bosch appliances, Nest thermostats and MERV 13 air filtration systems, offering comfort and sustainability.

Atop the building sits its namesake feature: a one-acre rooftop park for lounging, gathering, and recreation. Amenities include a pool, dog run, and panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.
