New Terminal Soars Swiftly in Burbank
With a nod to old Hollywood glitz and glamour, construction is underway on the $1.3B Hollywood Burbank Airport Replacement Terminal. Delivered through a progressive design-build approach by joint venture team HPTJV, the project includes a new 14-gate terminal and an adjacent ~2,000-stall parking deck. ENR West joined Pankow Builders Project Executive Erik Johnson for a behind-the-scenes look at the jobsite, over four decades in the making, yet set for completion in just three years.
