Caltech AIM Offices and Conference Center, Pasadena, CA
Pankow delivered a transformative tenant improvement project for the California Institute of Technology’s Hall Building, revitalizing 4,500 SF on the 8th floor. The scope included upgrading restrooms to ADA standards, constructing a pre-function area, a flexible multipurpose conference space with movable partitions, five adaptable breakout rooms, two private offices, and a modern kitchenette.
Designed and built in collaboration with the American Institute of Mathematics (AIM) under Caltech’s Library Division, the project underscores the institution’s mission to foster collaboration. The work was performed with minimal disruption to the active campus environment and adheres to Caltech’s sustainable values
