Westside Media Center

Los Angeles, CA

Westside Media Center is a four-level office campus that was the first to use the innovative Precast Hybrid Moment Resistant Frame in Southern California. Comprised of two four-level office buildings with two levels of subterranean parking for 980 cars, the structure consists of precast concrete columns and beams with cast-in place concrete structural decks. The interior office space is loft style with exposed structures. These contemporary structures are located prominently on the Olympic Corridor and showcase the use of developing architecture, with expansive floor plans, plush gardens, and relaxing water features.
