Overview
Project included demolition and renovation of existing towers as well as construction of a 90,000 SF open-air promenade retail/restaurant complex and entertainment plaza along the length of Lewers Street in the heart of Waikiki. Beach Walk's architectural style celebrates Hawai'i's voyaging and ocean heritage and features design elements from the Hawaiian outrigger canoe and the sea, incorporating water features, tropical foliage, and stone walkways.
