Overview
Solair is a 22-story high-rise residential tower with exceptional views from all units. Inspired by international design yet uniquely L.A., Solair is a “hotel at home” filled with lavish living spaces and created entirely of new construction. Each residence has been meticulously designed with natural materials and top-of-the-line appliances to create an intimate, modern retreat.
Pankow was contracted to build out the “Live Here Lounge” Sales Office and ten penthouse units in order to attract potential home buyers.
