Pankow partnered with Pacific Hotel Management to complete the 6,000 SF rooftop renovation at The Clement Hotel in Palo Alto. The project included demolition and rebuild of the entire rooftop deck, installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and the addition of upgraded pool and spa features, cabanas, floor and wall finishes, and premium outdoor furnishings.

All work was performed in close coordination with hotel leadership to ensure no disruption to ongoing operations.
