Embassy Suites Towers Renovation / Beach Walk

Overview

Pankow renovated two existing 30+ year-old towers, converting existing single-bay hotel rooms into two-room suites. A total of 877 rooms were converted to 52 single rooms, 353 two-room suites, and 16 three-room suites. The units were upgraded with granite counter tops, ceramic tile, maple wood cabinets, wet bars, flat-panel LCD TVs, and high-speed Internet. A newly constructed recreation deck connects the two free-standing towers with a meeting space, sun deck, swimming pool, and entertainment area.
