Overview
Pankow was asked to fast-track a 47,000 SF, $7 million dollar tenant improvement project for the Irvine Company at their new 6 building campus in the heart of Silicon Valley. The scope for this project added new ammenities to the building including a new community Fitness Center in the office complex along with a spacious Conference Center and Ready Now suites on the 1st and 2nd floors.
