Wally brings a results-driven approach and decades of industry insight to his role as Project Executive. Known for his level-headed leadership and practical problem-solving, he guides project teams through every phase of delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.

With more than four decades at the forefront of construction—including a long tenure with Pankow Builders—Wally provides executive oversight from preconstruction planning through final execution. He serves as the primary client representative, offering constructability input, cost estimating support, and strategic coordination across all construction activities.

A LEED® Accredited Professional and licensed General Contractor, Wally is recognized for his integrity and lasting impact. His thoughtful leadership continues to shape successful outcomes for clients, teams, and the broader Pankow Builders community.
