As Controller, Stephanie brings financial leadership and operational rigor, ensuring GAAP -compliant reporting and strong fiscal governance across both local and regional teams.   She oversees financial close processes, account reconciliations, budget tracking, change-order accounting, and team mentoring. Stephanie leads audit planning and execution, managing both financial and compliance audits.  She also assists in ERP optimization initiatives to enhance financial transparency and efficiency.

With Pankow since 2012, Stephanie has progressed through roles in project accounting and senior accounting, building a strong foundation in construction-focused financial management. Her deep expertise in general ledger, accruals, forecasting, and financial variance analysis has made her a key contributor to both operational and strategic initiatives.

Stephanie holds a B.S. in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She is highly proficient with industry-standard tools, including CMiC and JD Edwards, and is recognized for her analytical acumen, leadership, and commitment to financial integrity.
