As Assistant Controller, Stephanie brings financial leadership and operational rigor, supporting both local and regional teams to ensure sound fiscal management and reporting. She oversees financial close processes, account reconciliations, budget tracking, change-order accounting, and team mentoring. Stephanie also assists in audit coordination, ERP system support, and enhancing financial controls and reporting efficiency.

With Pankow since 2012, Stephanie has progressed through roles in project accounting and senior accounting, building a strong foundation in construction-focused financial management. Her deep expertise in general ledger, accruals, forecasting, and financial variance analysis has made her a key contributor to both operational and strategic initiatives.

Stephanie holds a B.S. in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She is highly proficient with industry-standard tools, including CMiC and JD Edwards, and brings strong analytical and leadership skills to her role.
