Shawn brings a relationship-driven approach and strong technical foundation to his role, where he leads project execution from preconstruction through completion. As Project Executive, he guides teams by aligning project goals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence.

Since joining Pankow Builders, Shawn has led efforts across a variety of projects, offering clarity and consistency in navigating complex challenges. With nearly two decades in the construction industry, he combines analytical insight with practical leadership to deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes.

Shawn holds a broad range of certifications that reinforce his commitment to innovation, safety, and continuous improvement, including LEED® Green Associate, Six Sigma Green Belt, CESSWI, QSP, OSHA 30, and CPR/First Aid/AED. His focus on quality and long-term value helps ensure that every solution supports both client success and community impact.

Fun Facts

Outside of work, I’m usually with my horse, riding, training, or exploring new trails.On weekends, I often trailer out with friends or camp with my family to ride in new places and soak up the outdoors.

I stay active in my community, volunteering with the LAPD mounted unit and helping organize local events.

If I weren’t in construction, I’d be out in Texas running a ranch and pushing cattle.
