Rick brings trusted leadership and a client-centered approach to his role, where he provides executive oversight through every stage of design and construction. As Project Executive, he ensures that delivery is aligned with client goals, project strategy, and company standards.

With more than three decades of industry experience, including a long tenure at Pankow Builders, Rick serves as the primary client representative, guiding efforts from preconstruction through closeout. His responsibilities span strategic planning, constructability reviews, budgeting, design input, and field execution. He also supports business development and provides leadership to project teams across the region.

A Design-Build Institute of America member, Rick actively contributes to advancing integrated delivery practices. Known for his thoughtful communication and practical insight, he builds strong relationships and consistently drives performance rooted in trust and technical excellence.

Fun Facts

If I weren’t in construction, I’d either be a lawyer or writing and performing comedy. Honestly, both sound like a blast.

My favorite way to unwind is a hike or trail run, ideally somewhere in the mountains where I can reset.

One of my favorite travel experiences was in Belize. The island energy, the SCUBA diving, and swimming with sharks and whale sharks made it unforgettable.
