Justin serves as Project Executive, where he guides teams through every phase of project delivery—from preconstruction through closeout. His leadership is grounded in deep experience, a collaborative approach, and a strong understanding of Pankow Builders’ integrated delivery model.

Having progressed through roles from Field Engineer to executive leadership, Justin brings a practical perspective to managing project teams and client relationships. He is responsible for ensuring project outcomes align with client expectations and company standards, while also contributing to business development efforts that support regional growth in Northern California.

A LEED® Accredited Professional, Justin holds multiple safety certifications, including OSHA 10 and Fall Protection Competent Person. He continues to expand his expertise with DBIA certification underway, reinforcing his commitment to technical excellence and high-performance project leadership.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time golfing or traveling.

Most people don’t know I have situs inversus, a rare condition where all my internal organs are flipped, including my heart, which sits on the right side of my chest.

A dream of mine is to travel to Bora Bora in French Polynesia.
