Jordan serves as Director of Operations for the Northern California region, where he leads with a focus on operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement. Since beginning his career at Pankow Builders, he has grown into a key leadership role supporting every phase of project execution, from proposal through post-construction.

His responsibilities span safety, quality, productivity, and workforce training, with an emphasis on equipping teams with the tools, systems, and guidance they need to succeed. Jordan also promotes Lean practices and fosters a culture of learning and innovation across the organization.

A DBIA Designated Professional and active member of the Design-Build Institute of America, Jordan brings a leadership style grounded in mentorship, long-term vision, and a commitment to building not just successful projects, but resilient teams and smarter systems.

I’ve always wanted to learn how to really cook. Not just follow a recipe, but create a full meal from scratch with instinct and flavor.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dad to two awesome girls, and most of my time is spent doing whatever brings them joy—Legos, park days, dance class, softball (which might be more for me than them).
