Jon is a Project Executive, responsible for the strategic direction and successful execution of projects from preconstruction through completion. As the primary client representative, he provides direct leadership to project teams, drives operational efficiency, and ensures alignment with contractual commitments and client goals.

With a focus on collaboration, constructability, and thoughtful planning, Jon’s role spans client communication, design and construction input, budgeting, and field execution oversight. He plays a key role in supporting Pankow Builders’ Wood Structures unit—leveraging his experience to help advance delivery excellence in wood-framed and mass timber projects.

Since entering the construction industry in 2003, Jon has contributed to a wide range of complex efforts. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton, and Christian Leadership from Hope International University. An Associate DBIA, Jon brings a relationship-driven leadership style and a values-based perspective to every engagement.

Fun Facts

I spend most of my time outside of work with my wife and kids, staying constantly on the go between baseball, football, soccer, and track meets, and trying to soak it all in while the kids are still at home.

I played four years of college basketball, which helped shape my competitive drive, discipline, and team-first mindset.

I own a 1967 Camaro and have a deep appreciation for classic American muscle cars, especially models from the mid-to-late 1960s.
