At Pankow Builders, Johnny is shaping a proactive, learning-driven culture rooted in Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles. He is leading efforts to strengthen audit programs, implement scalable safety systems, and engage teams in building resilient, lasting practices. Fun Facts

I’ve always wanted to learn how to TIG weld so I could make custom parts for my hobbies.

Outside of work, I’m usually cycling, boating, jetskiing, or wakeboarding with the kids. Anything on the water is a win.

My favorite travel experience was in the Seychelles, where I spent a week on a yacht and got to operate a three-person submersible submarine.
