As Project Executive, Jim leads teams through all phases of project delivery—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring alignment with client goals, contracts, and company standards. He serves as the primary client representative and is responsible for driving operational excellence and project results.

With more than two decades at Pankow Builders, Jim brings a well-rounded background in budgeting, constructability, and execution. He provides hands-on leadership to project teams and contributes to business development and market strategy efforts, always with a focus on client advocacy and long-term value.

A LEED® Accredited Professional with OSHA 10 certification, Jim also offers deep expertise in Design-Build MEP coordination, estimating, and scheduling, helping teams deliver with precision, even on the most challenging projects.

Fun Facts

Outside of work, I’m all about beach days with the family, catching games, spending time with friends, and coaching my kids’ sports teams.

One of my favorite travel memories is road-tripping through Bavaria. Starting in Munich, exploring the countryside, and ending at a castle wedding in Frankfurt. Great beer, great food, and thankfully, a helpful interpreter.

At the top of my bucket list: a sailing trip through Greece or a full tour of Italy—hard to choose, so maybe both.
