As Director of Quality, Jeff leads Pankow Builders’ quality program with a focus on consistency, accountability, and construction excellence across every phase of work. With deep field experience and a collaborative mindset, he partners closely with project teams to embed quality planning, proactive inspections, and continuous improvement into daily operations.

Jeff previously served as an Inspector of Record (IOR) on hospital construction projects. That experience shaped a disciplined, detail-oriented approach grounded in compliance and performance expectations. He focuses on definable features of work that directly impact building performance and occupant safety—waterproofing, fire and acoustic ratings, and precise structural and architectural alignments. He also strengthens project coordination through effective VDC execution. Inquisitive by nature, Jeff is committed to expanding the team’s understanding of construction, mentoring others, and building a lasting tradition of learning.

One of my greatest joys as a dad is getting to share life with my kids as they grow into who they’re becoming.

Lately, I’ve been learning to weld with my son while we turn a Ford Ranger into more of a pre-runner.

As a family, we enjoy camping and riding dirt bikes in the open deserts of Southern California.
