As Regional Vice President, Elton guides the Southern California team, providing strategic leadership and ensuring that regional efforts align with the company’s broader goals. He oversees all operations, activities, and personnel in the region, supporting team success and client satisfaction.

With more than two decades at Pankow Builders, Elton brings a deep understanding of the industry and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Elton is also active in shaping the future of Design-Build delivery. A past Chair of the LA/Orange County Chapter of the Design-Build Institute of America – Western Pacific Region, he is recognized for his leadership in promoting innovation and collaboration across the industry.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me nose-deep in a book or tuned into a podcast, mostly from what my fiance calls the “Self-Help Aisle.”

Staying active keeps me grounded, whether it’s running, yoga, hiking, or pushing through a HIIT workout, I’ll try almost anything.

For over a decade now, I’ve started nearly every day with a blended coffee concoction packed with oils, collagen, creatine, cinnamon, and cacao, 500+ calories, 48 grams of fat, and zero regrets.
