His leadership helps ensure that projects are guided by clear vision, well-integrated teams, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

With more than three decades at Pankow Builders, Bret has played a key role in shaping the company’s reputation for collaboration and service. He engages early in program development and stays involved through completion, supporting seamless coordination among stakeholders and reinforcing project goals at every phase.

A LEED® Accredited Professional and DBIA Designated Professional, Bret also holds a Health Care Contractor’s Certificate from the American Society for Health Care Engineering. He remains active in industry organizations including ASHE, the Design-Build Institute of America, the Urban Land Institute, and Lambda Alpha International.
