With a longstanding tenure at Pankow, Brad brings a deep understanding of how to align financial performance with business goals. He plays a key role in sustaining the company’s builder-first culture while helping position it for continued growth and resilience.

Brad also contributes to broader strategic initiatives through his involvement in due diligence and enterprise planning efforts. A DBIA Designated Design-Build Professional™, he blends technical insight with financial expertise to support innovative, integrated delivery models such as Design-Build, Lease-Leaseback, and Public-Private Partnerships.

I’ve always wanted to learn fly fishing, to slow down, pause, and flow with nature, which doesn’t come easy for someone as naturally impatient and motion-oriented as I am.

If I ever left construction, you’d find me in a classroom, sharing industry wisdom as a university professor.

My post-retirement bucket list includes hiking the full 211-mile John Muir Trail and doing a house swap in Europe for months at a time.
