As Director of People, Brad leads the company’s human resources strategy with a focus on aligning talent initiatives with long-term organizational success. He works across all business units as a partner in cultivating leadership, strengthening culture, and supporting employee engagement.

With an extensive background in progressive HR leadership, Brad oversees core functions including talent management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development. I’m a big car guy. Since 2009, I’ve owned 11 different cars, including one I kept for just a week and another for four years.

I’ve traveled through 34 states, 68% of the country and counting.

My favorite travel experience so far has been Thailand—the food, the culture, the mountain and ocean views, and an unforgettable visit to an elephant sanctuary. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
