Ann Banning-Wright, CEO of Bright Operations
Ann Banning-Wright founded Bright Operations LLC, a leadership consulting company, in 2010. The firm was started to help architects, engineers and contractors develop distinctive strategies and “operationalize” those strategies into everyday efforts so they can be realized.
Clients include DPR, Clark Construction, WE O’Neil, HGA Architects and Engineers, UC Davis Health, John A Martin Structural Engineers, etc.
From 2007 - 2010, Ann led the West Region for Syska Hennessy Group, Inc. through the worse recession in history to become the standout region in the firm. Prior to running the west for Syska she was Chief Strategy Officer both starting new business ventures and turning around under performing units.
Along with the Pankow Board, Ann’s is on the Board for Marx|Okubo, architecture., engineering and construction consultants. Ann lives in Pacific Palisades with her husband and two cavapoos!
Gerry Salontai
Gerry Salontai provides management advisory services to executives in the areas of strategy, business performance, organizational effectiveness and leadership. He also serves as an independent board director for companies. Gerry has completed many dozens of independent assignments of varying size, complexity and duration. His work has spanned from helping individual business units or groups and entire companies ranging in size from less than $10 million to over $1 billion in annual revenues. Gerry has worked with both domestic and global companies.
He brings over 35 years of progressively responsible management experience and leadership capability to assignments. Gerry has both a Bachelor and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering and has an Executive Management certificate in Business. He is a licensed professional civil engineer.
Mike Lucki, Lucki Advisors LLC, Managing Member
Providing strategic advisory services to Boards of Directors, Management Teams and Private Equity Firms in the Aerospace, Engineering & Construction, High Technology, Manufacturing and Professional Services Industries. Services include Strategy, Strategic Planning, Due Diligence, Merger and Acquisition structuring, Merger Integration and Operational Performance Improvement. Company) since 2017 and a Board Member for Psomas since 2015 and an Advisory Board Member for Anchor QEA, LLC since 2019 and consultant to various other Boards.
Mr. Lucki has 35 years of global experience with the engineering and construction industry. During that period Mr. Lucki has been involved in over 100 mergers and acquisitions over his career, including deal structuring and negotiations, due diligence, tax structuring, complex financing issues, and merger integration. He is also experienced in financial reporting (including the Securities and Exchange Commission [SEC]), initial public offerings, risk management practices, taxation and corporate finance issues, strategic planning, and capital market transaction.
