Superintendent Career Training: International Brotherhood of Carpenters
Pankow foremen and superintendents attended the Union Brotherhood of Carpenters (UBC) Collaborative Training in Las Vegas. Reflecting on his positive experience, Chris Theisen (Pankow Superintendent) said, The Carpenters International Training Center is in direct alignment with PANKOW's philosophy and is focused on training our foremen "the right way" to become a superintendent. More importantly seeing these 8 foremen from our Northern and Southern California region bonding with each other and growing with each other is an extremely proud moment in my career. I am so proud of these guys and look forward to seeing their continuous growth and improvement.
