Overview
The 10-story Yerba Buena Lofts contains a mixture of residential lofts, live/work lofts, commercial space and four levels of parking for 181 cars. Framing of the building is exposed cast-in-place concrete with high-tech finishes on the exterior glazing and living spaces. This project received an AIA Design Award and multiple awards for civic design
