Overview

Pankow provided preconstruction and construction services for this 190-room hotel and residences building with 20 luxury residential units on the top floors. Building amenities include two rooftop pools - one exclusively designated for residents and one for hotel guests - along with a rooftop bar and lounge. Buildings consist of two distinct, yet interconnected towers, 10- and 14-stories above grade with full-height sliding glass walls.

Other amenities include a nightclub on Level B1, a full-service restaurant, a full-service spa as well as meeting and banquet halls. The lobby features a magnificent area with floor-to-ceiling windows and natural lighting. Residents can take advantage of a private entrance and lobby.

Additionally, the buildings have a common subterranean parking garage varying from four levels below ground on the north end to two subterranean levels on the south end.
