Overview

Phased design-build modernization of four buildings for faculty offices, student activities, student government offices, restroom upgrades as well as exterior courtyards.Upgrades to these buildings included mechanical and electrical system service upgrades tied into the campus Building Management System (BMS) and provisions for ADA compliance and security and access control.
