New Otani Kaimana Beach Hotel Room Renovation

Overview

This project involved the renovation of 26 mixed units and suites within a fully-operational boutique hotel.

Renovation consisted of controlled demolition of spaces, select interior build-out to modify bathroom and room layouts, and updated finishes including new paint, fixtures, wall and floor tile, carpet, doors, and cabinets.

This is one in a series of room renovation projects that Pankow has executed with New Otani over a several years long, phased upgrade plan.
