Overview
Pankow constructed three new two-story classroom buildings comprised of one 14-classroom, one 18-classroom and one 12-classroom. Excelsior Education Center is a charter high school and this new construction added a total of 44 classrooms along with administrative offices, nurse’s office and a library.
Originally contracted to build two new classroom buildings, the project team was later awarded a separate $4.8 million contract to build a third 12-classroom building.
