Overview
555 Selby is the new, ground up warehouse-style facility for medium and heavy-duty fleet services vehicle maintenance and repair. One story 63,316 SF and includes a mezzanine.
450 Toland – renovation of the existing warehouse-style facility for light duty fleet services vehicle maintenance and repair. One story 46,315 SF and includes a mezzanine.
The purpose of the project was to relocate the General Services Agency’s Fleet Management Division, commonly known as “Central Shops,” from its previous operation at 1800 Jerrold to allow the SFPUC to incorporate the 1800 Jerrold site into its renovation of their adjacent facilities.
