ALTRES Office Building

Overview

This three-level office building is the headquarters for ALTRES, an employment services firm located in Honolulu. ALTRES, an acroynm for Alternative Resources, provides staffing services, workforce services, and job placement services to Arizona, California, Hawai'i, and Utah. ALTRES is consistently ranked among Hawai'i's Top 250 companies and is the state's largest private employer and Human Resources company. ALTRES received the Innovative Company of the Year award from the Pacific Business News in the Leadership category. Pankow was added to the development team on a design-build basis prior to land acquisition. During this phase, Pankow provided early input on budget and schedule amifications for different design alternatives.
