Overview
As part of the 35-story Allure Condominium Tower, Pankow constructed a five-story parking structure with a roof-top (level 6) recreational deck. The recreational deck includes an infinity pool and spa, community room, and fitness room. To build the deck, Pankow used BIM modeling to resolve the complexities combining swimming pool, tree wells, structural beams, and sloping slabs.
Originally envisioned as a below-grade structure, Pankow's value analysis led to a more efficient parking design, greatly reducing the construction cost.
