Thursday's groundbreaking ceremony represented the start of an exciting new construction project for the Ewa Beach community; it will be the largest retail development in Ewa. Pankow is constructing core and shell buildings, a portion of the tenant-ready interior improvements and all site improvements and associated street improvements, totaling 200,000 square feet. Construction is expected to be completed in November 2012.
