Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center Revitalization
Honolulu, Hawaii
Overall upgrade of the retail/entertainment facility, the revitalization includes the creation of “The Royal Grove,” a 25,000-square-foot pedestrian area and gathering place that will feature lush new landscaping and venues for live performances.

Whole Foods Market
Oakland, California
Restoration of an existing 1890s building to be occupied by Whole Foods Market. The landmark façade will be preserved and new construction will result in 58,600-square-foot retail facility that includes at-grade and roof-top parking for a total of 204 parking stalls

Center at Waikiki

Two phased project began with the demolishion of a 30,000 SF theatre to make way for new retail development. Historical items from the circa-1936 theater were salvaged for use in the new building, including leather doors, original W-A-I-K-I-K-I sign and decorative aluminum grilles.
