Four-level, 9,500 SF custom home, which is located in the Hawaii Loa Ridge gated community, was constructed on a down-sloping site, requiring Pankow to begin with the pool deck at the bottom of the slope and built up.

Kaikuono Place Residence
Honolulu, Hawaii
This 6,800 SF oceanfront residence is located at the base of Diamond Head crater. 36-foot-deep steel piles and steel plate shoring was used to overcome the challenge of constructing the house 14 feet in a sand embankment, six feet from the property line
