2100 Franklin - Center Twenty•One
Oakland, California
2100 Franklin Street will significantly reposition the existing 2101 Webster Street building.  The combined complex will be known as “Center Twenty·One” and will offer 675,000 square feet of Class A office space.  The combined floor plate will be 49,000 rentable square feet.  The existing tower and the new building will be linked by an elegant ten-story, sky lit atrium, creating a dramatic aperture between the two buildings.

4-story, Class A, Type I office building. Pankow’s Design-Build guarantee enabled the project’s owner to secure the bond financing required to build the project.  Along with the office building the project also includes a 148,500 SF, stand-alone precast parking structure with 492 stalls.

Union Station Building One
Los Angeles, California
A 55,000 SF office building that is Pankow’s latest in a series of ongoing projects at Catellus’ Union Station. This three-story, steel-framed office building is home to the non-profit group “First Five.”  Pankow was also responsible for all tenant improvement work on this project.
