Expertise in both the construction of new hotels and the renovation of existing hotels has made Pankow a valuable resource in the hospitality industry. What's more, guaranteeing schedules so as not to interfere with peak seasons or reservations commitments has earned Pankow an enviable reputation in the execution of this complex type of construction. In San Diego, Pankow completed a dramatic 710,000 square foot, 700-room hotel renovation and expansion in just four months, working around the clock to meet the client's goal.

Montage Hotel Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills, California
Five-star luxury hotel, public gardens and commercial building under construction in the Beverly Hills Triangle. 7-story hotel will include a 19,700 SF full-service spa, restaurants, rooftop pool, 9,630 SF of meeting space, retail space and 25 penthouse residential units, as well as public gardens and 24,000 SF commercial building, all over a subterranean parking garage.

Embassy Suites Hotel Guestroom Renovation
Oahu, Hawaii
Pankow renovated two existing 30+ year-old towers, converting existing single-bay hotel rooms into two-rooms suites. A total of 877 rooms were converted to 52 single rooms, 353 two-room suites and 16 three-room suites.

Four Seasons Lana’i at Manele Bay
Multi-phased renovation to Four Seasons brand including 236 rooms and suites, a 32,000 SF Presidential suite, 4,500 SF restaurant, 4,500 SF fitness area, 4,000 SF pool grill and 16,000 SF conference center.

Outrigger Wailea Hotel Renovation
Wailea, Maui, Hawaii
58,000 SF renovations included new lobby and porte cochere, new dining areas, meeting facilities, a new water activity area, opening up a new Grand Promenade and significant upgrades to the kitchens.
