One revitalization project in a commercial district is likely to
come with every construction challenge imaginable.
Building four projects in the heart of Waikiki at the
same time is Pankow’s way of saying “Bring
it on.”

Royal Hawaiian Shoping Center Revitalization
Envisioned from the start as a catalyst for the revitalization of
Waikiki, the construction of Waikiki Beach Walk and
renovation of two hotel towers is part of the largest
development project ever undertaken in Waikiki. Winner
of the 2007 Kukulu Hale Award from NAIOP Hawaii.

The Center at Waikiki is a 32,000-square-foot specialty retail center
completed in just 10 and one-half months — ahead of schedule — and
on budget. This new shopping and dining destination,
with its open-air dining and pedestrian-friendly street
promenade adds its own distinctive note to the overall
rejuvenation of Waikiki.
