701 3rd All Hands
On Wednesday April 4, the 701 3rd Street team held an All Hands Meeting at the jobsite in San Francisco. The meeting included a presentation from Wally Naylor about the use of the company sales dashboard and an overview of on-going/future opportunities. This was followed by a discussion from the 701 3rd team about a brief overview of the project, the team, and a few lessons learned.
After the presentation, attendees were given a tour of the 12-story future hotel. The hotel will have 230 units, an outdoor courtyard area, three living roofs, and a future retail area at the street level. The hotel will also be one of the most energy efficient hotels in San Francisco.
