Pasadena, January 2008 - With the receipt of the TCO for the Church of St. Philip the Apostle Classroom Building project, the Pankow Special Projects completes more than three years of working on projects throughout the campus.
This phase of the work at St. Philip included the renovation of an existing eight classroom, 20,000 SF school building and the construction of a new 19,000 SF school building. Earlier projects included a new parking lot, plaza and the new Parish Hall building – all without a single recordable incident (798 days total for the master plan projects). PSPL self-performed over 15,000 hours of work including concrete footings, slab-on-grade, demolition as well as miscellaneous framing, drywall and finish carpentry.
