Waikiki Beach Walk and Hotel Towers Renovation Wins Top Honor

May, 2007 - Waikiki Beach Walk and the Hotel Towers Renovation received the 2007 Kukulu Hale Award for Renovation – Private/Commercial over 40,000 SF from NAIOP Hawaii (the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties). NAIOP Hawaii's Kukulu Hale Awards program recognizes and reward those individuals and organizations that have made a significant contribution to the community and the commercial real estate industry by adding value to new projects and renovations that enhance the community and promote the economic well-being of Hawaii.
