Montage Hotel Beverly Hills Acieves LEED Gold Certification

Pasadena, April 2009 - Charles Pankow Builders, Ltd. (CPBL) is pleased to announce that the Montage Beverly Hills Hotel, developed by The Athens Group, achieved a LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The 201-room luxury hotel is one of only 18 hotels wordwide to date that has achieved LEED certification at the Silver, Gold or Platinum levels.

Pankow completed construction of the Montage Beverly Hills in November of 2008. The architect for the project is HKS/Hill Glazier Studio; structural engineer is Seattle-based Magnusson Klemencic.
